New Customer Setup

    

  • Log into Veeam Backup and Replication

  • Select Cloud Connect from the bottom of the left window pane.

  • Select Tenants in the top of the left window under Cloud Connect. 

  • Click Add Tenant from the menu. 





  • Enter the Tenant name as a username and a secure password. 

  • Check Backup Storage (cloud backup repository)

  • For term rather than ongoing customers check Automatic expiration and set a date to expire the account. 

  • Click Next






  • Ensure Max concurrent task is set to 1.

  • If bandwidth limiting is required, check Limit incoming network traffic and set a limit. (Generally this is set in Mbps)

  • Click Next





  • In the Backup Resources set, click Add to a cloud repository. 

  • Enter the customer name for a Cloud repository name.

  • Enter Veeam Backup Storage for the Backup Repository. 

  • Enter the user quota for storage. This would be the size of space they have purchased. 

  • Click OK.

  • Click Apply and Finish.
