Issue: Integra.exe will not close with normal methods after move of data

Symptoms / Error

  • After moving data from a server where data was located in a different location, Integra.exe will not end after closing the application. High CPU usage is also noted on integra.exe

Cause

  • This is caused by incorrect pathing within the syscorps.cdx data container.

Fix

  • Forcefully close integra.exe using task manager.

  • Delete file C:\Avatar\Integra\SYSTEM\SYSCORPS.CDX

  • Restart Integra and rebuild table. 

  • Verify fix.
