Client MCX, user Christie was getting an access violation error when trying to run the
Operating Summary by Property Report (custom). I got her data here and was able to
print the report both with 13 and 14 columns (letter and legal paper). Will Hughes
helped me figure out that maybe explorer crashed in her Remote session. In the Remote
Desktop Session press Ctrl + Alt+ End keys to start task manager. File Start (Run) and
type in Explorer, OK. After doing the above she was able to successfully print the report.
Had her log out and log back in and the report ran successfully a 2nd time.
