Open the 'Printers and Faxes' menu.
Right click on the printer they are trying to print from and click PROPERTIES.
Then click on the ADVANCED tab and click PRINT PROCESSOR.
You will want to choose the 'NT EMF 1.008' and then hit 'OK'.
This will need to be done on the ASP Server and the Workstation that they are on.
It usually happens with DELL, HP and CANNON printers.
