During DB2 adm client install if get error cannot find browser,
you can run setup.exe as follows:
open the db2 admin client folder and browse to db2\\windows
then run db2client.msi
Another fix: Internet Explorer is not the default browser. It needs to be.
Seen this issue when Chrome was the default browser. Once we changed
it to IE, then setup would run.
