When installing DB2 / Petroware on Windows7 - if the UAC was on when installing,
you need to turn off the UAC and 'Reboot' the computer to let the installation complete.
This error happened on a single user install where the user had turned the UAC off
but did not restart the pc, so I installed DB2 and Petroware but got this error when
trying to log onto Petroware. After rebooting the PC, the database then showed up
to test the connection.
