On Windows 2012 server sometimes the db2backup batch file won't run and give an
error that the db2 program is not recognized. An IT, Michael Eltiste, from Ridgmar
had this issue and found out that the reason is because he had moved the database
to the D:\drive. In Server 2012 8.3 is not enabled on other drives other than c:\ drive.
Two ways to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall db2 and reinstall into a folder that doesn't have any spaces in the name (i.e. dbprogram).
2. Enable 8.3 on the drive. (not sure how to do this). Another option is to just setup the db2 backup to run on schedule from within the Control Center.
