On a new server 2012 we were getting this error trying to make a db2 backup from the
control center and accessing Petroware. After uninstalling and reinstalling with the
same results, it turned out that the UAC was on. We had to connect to db in control
center by entering the db2 userid and password, then we could make the backup.
Also, run petroini.exe as administrator.
