Error 1311 Source File not found.
d:\Db29~4.2CS\db2\Windows\DOTN0000.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Fix: The install file is bad, download a new one. This happened to be on an IBM 9.2 Admin Client installation.
Another Fix: Rights issue. Make sure user is local admin and a member of db2admns group.
