On the citrix environment, go to Desktop.
Start, Run, Regedit.
Highlight HKey_Users, click on File, Load Hive.
Go up one directory, find the username folder.
Double click on NTUSER.DAT.
Name it to 'whatever', (load hive key name).
Go to 'whatever', software, Petroware2000, right click Petrodata and select DELETE.
Go to HKey_Users, highlight folder you created, File, Unload Hive.
Then when the user logs in, they will need to test the connection - highlight Petro on the left and use the DB2 username and password to test the connection. Once successful, click OK, OK again to get the regular Petroware logon screen.
*** for Gateway IDs*** Right click Start on the gateway desktop, choose System. Advanced System Settings. User Profiles, click Settings. Find the user, click Delete.
