1. Exhibit reports are looking at the General/Special Lease Provisions where the type is "Legal Description"
  2. Tract list and LR Acre Bonus are looking at the section, survey, township, etc from the Tract file.

               

               Here is the formula:

               If the survey field and the township area fields are blank then blank.

               If the survey field is blank and the township area isn't then township 

               area + section + township + range.

               If the survey field is not blank then survey + abstract + block.
