If you go to This PC, right click and choose Manage, if you don't see local users and groups,
then you can use the cmd prompt (as administrator) and enter lusrmgr.msc to try to open the
local groups. If there are no local groups, then most likely, the operating system is
Windows 10 Home version and we recommend the user use Windows 10 Pro. For this single
user, I was able to set Petroware to run as administrator and it worked for her but I still cautioned
her that it might do unexpected things.
