Issue: When connecting to OSX using ScreenConnect only the guest wallpaper or black screen is displayed.


Fix:     

  1. Open System Preferences. 
  2. Navigate to Security & Privacy. 
  3. On the Privacy tab in the left pane click "Accessibility"
  4. In the right pane check the box next to Screenconnect. 
  5. If the right pane is greyed out, Locked, click the Lock icon in the lower right of the window and enter your credentials.
