Holiday Phone Setup
- Have Miriam setup voicemail -> Greetings -> No Answer on ext 889
- On the Logix portal site access Services & Users -> Auto Attendant 1 -> Settings -> View All Features.
- Click on "Announcement Repository" and change the holiday greeting recording to a user friendly name.
- Click on Locations -> Edit -> Auto Attendant-Tree -> 889 -> Edit
- Click "Set Holiday Prompts"
- Change the "Personal Greetings upload" to the current desired holiday greeting then click "Save" and "Save" again.
- Under "Group Services" click on "Time Schedule".
- Add/change the current holiday to both the "Fwd to AA w/Holidays" and "Holiday" schedule.
