The latest Windows 11 update 22H2 is breaking the connection to our cloud services. Found this fix online and tried it on Rhonda Holton's PC and it worked.

If you add the following registry setting the Remote Desktop Connection will work.
Have to set this value to 1 in the registry for Windows 11 client to work outside the network
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client

add a DWORD (32-bit) named below
KEY VALUE - fClientDisableUDP SET TO 1

Rolling back the update also works.

Another fix that I had to make for Quail Creek was the following:

Registry Editor

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\ Add Dword (32-bit) Value named RDGClientTransport, then change the value to 1.

No reboot is required.
