Case: Seaboard got a new printer and it was set up with WSD port. Trying to print pr checks was producing an error. Will set up a new printer using the IP address instead of the WSD port and this resolved the issue.
O' Donnell – if the printer has an app available, open the app and it shows the IP address. Then we looked at the printer properties and the IP address was listed so we checked that box instead of the WSD. This fixed the issue printing ap checks. OfficeHP IP: 192.168.12.43
