If you have forgotten or need to change your password, follow this process.
Using your Internet browser, navigate to https://login.avatarcloud.net:8889/ . Click on "Forgot your password?"
Enter your user account name and Captcha code, click "Continue"
Select "Microsoft Authenticator" and click "Continue"
Enter your authenticator code and click "Continue"
Enter your new password and confirm. As each password requirement is satisfied, a green checkmark will be displayed for that requirement. Click "Reset Password"
