Issue: Leadtools: The Library has Expired

Symptoms / Error

  • Leadtools error displayed when attempting to view a document.

Fix

  • Close Internet explorer. 

  • Remove all files, specifically the RSA token, located at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA

  • Log into Docuphase and verify fix. 

Summary

  • Only the RSA tokens need to be deleted although I've never seen anything in this directory other than these RSA tokens.
