Symptoms / Error

  • Scanning document in via Scandox using patch pages to break out separate documents fails. It fails to separate documents as well as remove the patch pages. 

Cause

  • Due to a corrupt Scandox profile.

Fix

  • Create a new Scandox profile.

Summary

  • Verified on 6.1 and 6.2. Docuphase claims this happens on other versions as well.
