Symptoms / Error

  • Docuphase HTML5 Viewer crash when attempting to view document. Error reported as ...   Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'Datalogics.PDFL' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Cause

  • DataServiceAppPool set to "Enable 32-Bit Applications" = True

Fix

  • IIS Manager

  • Application Pools

  • DataServiceAppPool -> Advanced Settings -> Enable 32-Bit Applications set to False

  • Recycle app pool
