The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_GroupPermissions_UserGroups". The conflict occurred in database "espeed", table "dbo.GroupPermissionsBak", column 'UserGroupID'.

Do a backup and then go ahead and delete that. The explanation given to me is that now user and group permissions are housed in the Permissions table, so they (FK_..) are no longer necessary.

No, I only have the PK_UserGroups

This is what I’m seeing the error referring to. This happens as soon as ADIS service starts.
"The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_GroupPermissions_UserGroups". The conflict occurred in database "espeed", table "dbo.GroupPermissionsBak", column 'UserGroupID'.

Do you have FK_UserGroup listed in the dbo.UserGroup table?

Thanks Michelle, I removed the one from the Userpermissionback table. Looking at the usergroups table there is only a primary key. The error that we are receiving mentions the grouppermisisons_Usergroups table. This table does have a foreign key. Should I delete this FK instead?

Update for Case #22282 - "Stanolind Operating ADIS Issue"
Yes - I can provide my notes:
1.     Log into SQL Server Management Studio
·         Expand Databases
·         Expand espeed (iSynergy) database
·         Expand Tables
2.     Find dbo.userpermissionbak table
·         Expand
·         Expand Keys
·         Delete the FK (Foreign Keys) for the UserPermissionsBak table. **Only delete the foreign keys not the Primary Key**.
3.     Navigate to dbo.usergroups
·         Expand
·         Expand Keys
·         Delete the FK (Foriegn Keys)**Only delete the foreign keys not the Primary Key**.
4.     The user should already be removed from the ADIS group iSynergy, but, if not go ahead and remove.
5.     Go ahead and restart the service and see if the user is deleted.
Logout and back into Isynergy. The user should not be there any more.
