Install Scandox

  1. Log into Docuphase normally. 
  2. Click "Tools" in the menu.
  3. Select "Scandox" to download the setup file.
  4. From your download location run "Scandox-Install.msi"
  5. Progress through the setup by clicking "Next".
  6. Accept the license agreement and click "Next".
  7. Click "Next" to accept the default install location.
  8. Enter the servername. This should be the name used to log into Docuphase.  Leave off any protocol or directory/file info.  I.E. CustomerA.avatarcloud.net  Click "Next".
  9. Click "Install" to finish the install. 
  10. Click "Finish" to close the installer.


Log into Scandox

  1. Launch Scandox from the desktop icon.
  2. Click the "Manage" link next to the server drop-down. 
  3. Enter the servername. This should be the name used to log into Docuphase.  Leave off any protocol or directory/file info.  I.E. CustomerA.avatarcloud.net  Click "Load".
  4. The server should populate at the top of the Alias Manager. Click "OK"
  5. Enter your Docuphase Username and Password. Click "Login" 
  6. You should now be logged in to Scandox.
