1. Open and sign into License Manager

  2. Click File -> Load New License

  3. Navigate to the updated license file and click Open

  4. If you receive an error when applying the license, follow these additional steps

    1. Note the machine names on the Scandox licenses

    2. Open Microsoft Sql Server Management Studio

    3. Connect to the Docuphase database and open a new query 

    4. Execute this command "TRUNCATE TABLE [DocuPhase].[dbo].[LicenseKeys];"

    5. Re-apply the license file

    6. Add the machine names back to the ScanDox licenses

  5. Test log into Docuphase to ensure it picks up the new license.
